The powerful Donner humbucker pickups made in Korea provide just the right amount of output, releasing warm and clear tones. Add to that the two vintage-style single-coil pickups, and the Donner DST-200 electric guitar can create 7 unique pickup combinations to meet your sonic needs with excellent noise reduction performance.
Coil Split System
The Donner DST-200 electric guitar is equipped with a push/pull switch circuit design that allows the bridge humbucker pickup to be split. This gives the instrument classic single-coil tones and warmer, more powerful humbucker tones depending on the player’s needs.
C-Shaped Neck Profile
The Donner DST-200 electric guitar comes with an adjustable truss rod, so you can get the playing action and intonation exactly where you want it. The AAA Canadian maple neck with its satin finish is smooth and durable. 22 fret marks on the neck and the top of the fingerboard and the Donner-stamped neck plate give you great function and stability.
Vintage Style Tuning Machines
The Donner DST-200 electric guitar bundle incorporates vintage-style tuning machines and tuning pegs in a special black headstock. The easy-to-use classic tuning machine set sounds great and provides maximum tuning stability.
This kit includes a high-quality guitar strap and guitar cable. A good guitar cable can protect your tone and reduce noise.
Made of 600D waterproof nylon oxford with 210D smooth soft lining fabric, the Donner DST-200 electric guitar bag will protect your guitar while going out or putting it away. The guitar also comes with a 10ft AWG24 oxygen-free copper center conductor guitar cable to connect the amplifier.
Donner maintains high standards of quality when making any of our musical instruments. One of our high-end electric guitars must reach the standards of precise and perfect craftsmanship, beautiful sound, comfortable feeling in the hands, and lasting durability. Making a guitar often requires more than one hundred steps, so the utmost care must be taken at every single stage to ensure a product that meets our standards.
Neck Finishing Process
Having an instrument that feels good in your hands is important in being able to make good music with that instrument. For that reason, it’s important to have a guitar neck that is suitably smooth in the hand, the proper thickness, smoothed frets, the appropriate relief in the neck, and the right string height.
Carefully screening the wood components of a guitar is of vital importance. Every piece of wood in one of our guitars is exposed to the air and dries naturally for three years. If any piece doesn’t meet our standards, it is discarded. Wood components that do meet our standards are then sent on for processing.
Electric guitars are wooden instruments, and for that reason, it is best to store them at 50% humidity and 25ºC (77ºF). Avoid placing the guitar under direct sunlight for too long as it may deform the wood and cause it to crack.
