This is a good multi functional effect pedal. Well constructed and great sound. I liked it so much I bought two! One for my home studio and one to take to rehearsal and gigs. And for the price nothing else come close!

This pedal gives you lots of bang for the buck. All three effects (reverbs, delays and modulation) have enough shaping options to make using it a breeze. Though I got it for my guitar, it also responded equally well, if not better for my fiddle.
the only drawback, which is also a plus, is the size. It takes the place of 3 separate pedals (great) but is so small that the control buttons are a bit close together. All in all, it's a dandy!

Great sounds, versatile and durable. I have been told that I "stomp" pretty hard on my pedals so I am always concerned about durability when purchasing a new one. I'm not worried one bit with my alpha fx. I've been jumping on the thing and so far not an issue and I don't foresee any in the near future. It has eliminated the need for a bunch of pedals and potential problems in the chain. The sounds I have been able to get out of it are amazing and exactly what I wanted. It is very user friendly. I didn't have to read instructions or cycle through 100 different settings and options. Pretty much plug and play. Price is right, sound is right, construction is right, everything about it is right. Great for home use, useable sounds, not really practical for live work as you need to switch effect at the front of the pedal. But still very well constructed

I received the alpha FX guitar effects unit a few days ago and I have not stopped playing with it.
Sounds very good . It is well made and very inexpensive, also considering that you get 3 effects pedals in one unit.
I will be using this at home and in a professional recording studio in NYC.

Nice pedalboard. I'm not a great pedal user (wah and drive so far) but started a band and needed something to make my sound a bit more "complete". This affordable effect chain is the only thing I need to have resources for almost every situation. The sounds are in my opinion very good for the price. Of course is all digital technology so don't even think of repairing it if something blows. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would buy it again. Just two things that I would improve, firstly I'd add a blend knob for the modulation effects. And the most important, all the LEDs are same color, would be nice to be able to identify what is active with just a glaze a the pedalboard. I'll probably end desoldering the leds and changing them.

The order came in two weeks. Packed well, a box of solid cardboard with a magnetic lock. Included was an adapter with a fairly long wire, instructions and a pair of stickers. Somewhat surprised by the size of the pedal, in the photo it looked more, in fact it was very small, just like a tiny one. Slightly inconvenient to twist the knobs of the regulators, as they are directly microscopic, your finger during the game will not adjust)). The effects themselves sound quite well, you can break straight space sound. For fans of drone and embient like me, it will be enough. The only thing that in the reverberator mode hall, the background is heard some digital grits, not too strong, but noticeable. Well, the price could be slightly lower, at the level of the rest of the pedals of this line, since the pedal is still digital, not analog.

Great idea Great Pedal
What a great idea! Combining three modulation effects into a single pedal - perfect for my amp's FX loop -- but giving individual footswitches for each effect! The perfect pedal for people like me, who don't like to fuss with cables, and don't like to spend hours programming multi-effects pedals either (which don't usually give individual control over the effects anyway). The quality of the effects are quite nice too (I just received mine, so I haven't done too much). The reverb is very usable. The analog echo is really rich and creamy, just the way it should be. I'm a bit less impressed by the mod section, but these aren't my favorite effects anyway. The Phase effect seems a bit underpowered (but maybe that's because I'm running through the fx loop).
Quality seems high - nice robust metal case. And the supplied power adapter is a nice addition. Also, the box it came in makes a perfect carrying case for it too.
The only thing this pedal is missing, really, is a tremolo option -- this should have been added to the mod section. Seems unfair to take a whole star off for that, so I won't. I give this 4.5 stars.
