A great reverb pedal

Donner offers up a real contender for those who quest for the perfect reverb pedal. Seven modes including all the usuals - Room, Hall, Church (Cathedral), Spring, Plate - however it's the Studio and Mod (modulated) reverbs that really shine on this pedal, IMHO. The Studio setting will probably find itself as an always-on-end-of-chain pedal for many who may even have other delay/reverb pedals. My personal favorite is the modulated reverb. It adds warmth and a feeling of motion and life to my P90s. I've found that you need to stay below 5 or 6 on the Feedback and Volume if you're running into the front of an amp, but it sounds wonderful in an effects loop and you can go wild with thick, lush reverbs. In fact, seven of them in a mini case made of metal with a non-slip rubber bottom. Donner does a good job.

This is the best reverb pedal I have used, and I've used a few. The choices it has let me vary my sound just like I've wanted for quite some time, Great Pedal - Great Price.

These pedals are well built and sound great, budget friendly too

I was looking for a reverb pedal under $50 that actually sounded good, and finally found this one. It’s the best reverb pedal I’ve ever owned, even better than the ehx. The room setting in particular is what sold me, to my ears it is the most natural sounding “room” sound I’ve ever heard coming from a pedal (or even from a plugin, for that matter). A bonus is the fact that it doesn’t cut your signal level like most reverbs do (it actually seems to boost it a good 3db or so). If you don’t have one just go ahead and get it, you’ll definitely find a use for it and the price is unbeatable.

Extremely versatile pedal.....so many options! Well built and easy to use.

This product is outstanding , it delivers the sound as if it cost three times the price.
I would recommend anyone looking for a full reverb sound with many variations look no further. Thanks Donner for another great product.

This new true bypass Donner Reverb offers a lot of options at a super affordable price. The pedal has small foot print, and is housed in a very nice strong aluminum-alloy casing. All connections, including power, were tight and sturdy. The pedal runs on a 9v adapter, which is not included.
You get 7 reverb modes covering all the reverb types that one would want. You can adjust the level of the reverb, the decay which sets the duration, and you can adjust the tone to get darker to brighter sounds. For your big open sounds, you have the hall and church modes. The church mode gets a bit synth sounding on the decays. My personal favorites were the room, spring, studio and mod. I got the best sounds out of these modes running all pedal settings at about 11 o'clock with my amp, and Donner seems to get modulation right in all their pedals. I also noticed that with all the modes, a sort of punchiness when playing almost as if I there is a light compressor setting applied. I will be adding this pedal to the board, and it will be a welcome addition, since my amp has my least favorite reverb which is plate reverb.

Bought this for my mandolin player. He uses it every show. Great reverb unit

Description of product on line stated that unit came with 9v power supply. There was none in the shipment. I had to buy one (which has not arrived yet) so I don’t know how well it works

I'm so glad that I found Donner pedals! They are really great pedals that don't break the bank! I have four pedals now and each of them are well made, very sturdy and have great features. Easy to use, very adjustable to dial in your unique tone. I highly recommend these pedals before spending a lot $$$ on other pedals!

It took awhile to receive all of the components for my pedal board, but it was well worth it in the long run. I'm still making some adjustments, but so far these pedals are totally awesome! Great sounds coming from these minis. You get a lot of bang for your buck with Donner pedals. I'm absolutely amazed. Thank you Donner!!!

Very good reverb pedal for the price!
Pros:
-Price
-Pedalboard Real Estate (Size)
-7 Unique and Usable Modes
-Sturdy Build
Cons (Which aren't even that bad):
-E. Level, Decay, and Tone knobs are spaced a bit close, this may be a concern for people with "thicker" fingers.
-None of the modes are all that stellar, but definitely usable.
-Uneven balance for both Effect Level and Decay when switching between modes*
*This is an understandable thing when talking about Decay levels because obviously a Room reverb won't have an identical decay to a Hall. But this becomes a problem for the Effect Level because none of the dry/wet mixes on the modes match, meaning you would have to fiddle around with the mix after changing modes. This is definitely a "Set it and Forget it" pedal, don't expect to be doing any quick mode switches during a set. (Alternatively, you could buy 2 :P)

I love this pedal and goes great with my Orange crush amp

Versatile Pedal and Very Usable
The first one I bought had an issue with some white noise, so I returned it and the second one I got works great. The spring reverb sounds very much like what you'd hear on an amplifier. My amp is a DIY clone of a '57 Fender Deluxe which didn't have reverb, so this pedal works perfectly to fill the gap there. The plate reverb is by far the most "expensive" sounding reverb this pedal has to offer and is worth the price of admission alone. I also enjoy the studio, room and even mod sounds. This is worth the price, don't be a reverb snob and buy this pedal!

Love it
Love it! I did a live video on Facebook demonstrating the sound of the Pedal (and using my Ditto Looper) It's small but made with quality materials and for $35? Awesome!

Very good After all!
When it came, i First had Problems with the Pedal, Making Weird sounds occasionally. Contacted the support and they managed it to my total convenience. The pedal itself sounds awesome. Personally I like the studio setting best. Great pedal at a great price.

Great Value and Sound
In reading reviews from a couple of different sources, I didn't expect this to be that great. I have experience with many different types of Reverb units ranging from digital recording programs, guitar amplifiers and pedals. I am very happy with the Donner pedal especially for the price that I paid. Have I heard better reverbs? Yes. Would I spend three to tens times as much for a slightly better effect? No. All of the reverbs on the Donner pedal are at least decent and a couple of them are fantastic. Once again, Donner delivers great quality and value.

Very flexible reverb but no sounds that wow me
For the price, the Donner Square 7 is a good reverb. However, in comparison to my existing portable reverbs, a "relatively" bulky Red Panda Context and my nano-sized Joyo Ironman Space Verb, there is no advantage to the Donner Square 7 for me. Reverb sounds are very subjective but I find the reverb sounds of my Red Panda and Joyo to be fuller and more natural. No matter the settings, the Donner tended to sound a bit thinner and brighter. This was particularly so with more subtle "plate" sounds which I tend to use most often. The Donner is less expensive than either the Joyo or Red Panda and is a good value for the price. For me personally, the hall and church sounds of the Donner would be the most useful while the plate reverb was less accurate than I had hoped.
