Well the product doesn't work. When I asked to return it you said I need to send you a video to show you what is wrong or you will not send me a return label. The customer service is not very good and it is extremely hard to talk to anyone on the phone. I have ordered two of these, and neither one are you letting me return. I took a chance on you guys twice. That was a mistake. I will no longer do business with Donner. I would rather pay more for a better experience.

I honestly bought it because of the outline it looks like an owl to me and I LOVE owls. Other cool thing is the lights make it fun when it’s a late afternoon turn on the lights and they flash . The lights don’t flash to the sound of the music but it’s still a really cool option on the speaker . I don’t know the exact measurements for it but it’s pretty easy to store or even fit in with your furniture . So just in overall I’m so happy I made this purchase ! Great price , fast delivery, awesome sound.

This was a lot of fun to use. It comes out of the box assembled and ready to go. The karaoke machine connects quickly and easily to Bluetooth. There is a mode button you push and it quickly finds the Bluetooth. The machine comes with a microphone that also connects easily and has very clear sound. You have several options to use for the music, USB, SD card, AUX cord or Bluetooth. The unit has wheels and a handle so that you can pull it around and transport it with ease. The karaoke machine also has LED lights that can be turned on and off. The lights make the karaoke party even more fun. The sound quality is good and it has an option for recording whoever is singing as well. Overall I am very happy with this karaoke machine, it is easy to use and everyone has so much fun with it. I recommend this to anyone looking for a quality machine.

Hi future American Idol contestants...I bought this as a unrequested xmas gift for my wife. As xmas morning approached I hinted that one of her bigger gifts was a surprise...she was ticked off (because last year I did this too and bought a vacuum). Spoiler alert: SHE LOVES THIS KARAOKE MACHINE!!!
-Tons of features without being complicated
-Great sound quality and loudness...most of her friends have horrible voices so I'm usually turning the seperate mic control down, not up.
-echo effect helps make em sound better.
-long battery on Mic AND unit...nice when you want to be portable
-has wheels and light weight fir its size
-can be used as a PA. I often wake up my teenager in the morning with announcements to get up and clean his room...or himself.

Very easy to use and good sound quality. It makes some pretty fun light effects. Mine came without a charger. I just purchased a separate 12v charger. Other than that, this thing is really fantastic!

I've been having alot of fun with the new speaker. I like the LED lights. It goes well with my party lights. I can listen to the radio. I have to get use to the scan option for the radio. It resets the stations everytime. Also, I microphone and remote are neat features. I never get a turn with the microphone (LOL). So far, I love it. It's not too much but just right for the week and weekend

Nothing to dislike glad I made the purchase!! The sound is loud and blue tooth connectivity is very easy. I was concerned about the sound being loud enough but discovered it was me the operator my tablet & iPhone were both on low volume

Sound quality is great in both machine and mic included! We are loving it so far. The only downfall is if you want to use additional mics; I would purchase another cordless mic. We tried connecting a corded mic for a duet and the sound was really low and kept getting feedback.

We are still trying to figure out how to use it with Bluetooth (that’s not hard though). It was great, came with a microphone (have to get another microphone). We used it outside, it was windy but worked really well, I was pleasantly surprised.

I use this amp indoor, haven't used it outdoor yet. I use it for backing track music to practice my saxophone and I am satisfied with how it fits in my needs for practice. I recommend it.

We bought this mainly for music for our outdoor get- togethers. It is loud and sounds great. We did try it for Karaoke and it is loud and clear. If you plan on using it for Karaoke, make sure to get corded mics. Batteries for the wireless mic can get expensive.

I got this specific karaoke system for a 4 main reasons and it didn’t disappoint.
1) What I found to be a great idea and super useful is the fact that this system has wheels and a telescoping handle for easy transportation. It also helps that it is a reasonably symmetrical in weight and shape so it is stable when I wheel it around. It also has handles on the top edges for lifting or even hanging so I soundly damage the telescoping handle by lifting the sound machine by it.
2) I wanted a machine that added something more than just a loud sound system and this machine has cool LEDs that are pretty bright. (You can see them working in my video towards the end).
3) Of course because it is a karaoke machine I needed it to connect a microphone and I wanted it to be Bluetooth enabled in case someone doesn’t want to get up from where they are sitting. I actually like the fact that the microphone uses 2
double-A batteries and doesn’t have e a build in rechargeable one because it allows for a quick switch and I don’t have to wait to charge the microphone in case I forgot to charge it with the speaker.
4) I can’t stress enough how much I love the fact that this system does NOT need to be plugged in to turn on. It has a rechargeable battery that truly makes the machine portable. I found that the battery lasted the same amount of time (about 3 hours) on full volume as when it is on half volume.
I will add that if you don’t use the provided plug of one will the proper voltage it will take a lot longer to charge. In my experience it took about 3-4 hours to fully charge. It depended on my outlet that used.
Now although I didn’t buy it for the Bluetooth connectivity for media device connection I found that there was no lag and zero cutting whether I connected with my laptop or my phone.
So besides for the speaker, what I got was the charger, microphone, aux cord, connector cords for speakers, remote, and charger plug.
